PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

All payment is to be made in U.S. Dollars. Items will not be kept on hold for more than 48 hours without confirmation of order. Buyer is to notify seller when payment is sent. Payment must be made within 7 days after order is placed. Items paid for by check or money order will be shipped after your check/money order has cleared my bank. Buyers using paypal must be verified buyers with confirmed addresses. Visa/Mastercard, for US citizens/residents only unless permission is obtained. No paypal for international orders unless permission is provided. If you provide an invalid e-mail address your order will be cancelled immediately. Shipping polices contained in auction descriptions, supplement other policies.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available to USA, Japan, & some Europeon destinations only. All items will be insured. Shipping and insurance are in addition to purchase price, to be paid by buyer; amounts noted are estimates which may be revised up or down depending on shipping variables after order is placed. Seller not responsible for item[s] lost, damaged, destroyed, stolen, or other, during transit. However, Seller will provide copies of postal and insurance receipts to buyer, so buyer will have recourse with postal service for recovery of purchase price. Buyer must contact postal service to file a claim if item[s] are damaged in transit. Do not return damaged items to me as this will void your claim at the post office. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges if there is an undercharge. Sometimes, the on-line postal calulator is not accurate, so all initial shipping/insurance quotes are mere 'estimates'. If there is ever an overcharge, you will receive a prompt refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Special care is taken to describe merchandise, including any flaws. If you have questions about an item, ask before placing your order. Items for sale are vintage, therefore, they are as is, as found. Returns available if item is materially different than represented. If an item is returned, you need to contact me within three, (3), days of receipt of your item[s]. Returned merchandise must be received by me within seven, (7), days of the date from which you contacted me regarding the return. Returned merchandise must be insured, in the original packaging, in the original condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund of purchase price will be refunded if the item[s] meets the conditions listed above, excluding any shipping and insurance costs for which you are responsible. No refund will be given for improperly packaged, uninsured, used, damaged, or altered merchandise. No refunds on adjusted price items.
