POLICY
All items sold by Ancient Dragon House are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated in the listing (areas of restoration excepted), but to qualify for a refund of the net sale price, (and at our option, a refund of freight charges), you must provide us with written evidence from either:
Christie's or Sotheby's Asian Art specialists, or
A curator of Oriental arts at any major museum, or
A certificate of authenticity issued by the Hong Kong Art Craft Merchants Association, or
A recognized testing laboratory using recognized scientific testing procedures.(eg Thermoluminescence).
In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake, we will always refund the full purchase price, and at our option, the postage and freight costs both ways. Under no circumstances will we accept claims for any test fees incurred, consequential losses, or damages of any kind.
