SHIPPING POLICY
Small items will be shipped insured through US Mail, UPS or Greyhound within 5 business days of receipt of payment or cleared check. Shipping charges quoted will include insurance, packing and handling charges. For larger items requiring a trucking company, shipping will be arranged ASAP with one of the companies we use unless buyer prefers to use and arrange a trucking company of their choice. Shipping time will depend upon the time frame of the trucking company. A shipping quote will be given to buyer via e-mail after the shipping address is known. The quote will include shipping, full insurance, pick-up and delivery as needed, which we will obtain from shipping company. Shipping charges quoted will include packing, crating, wrapping, and handling charges. Upon receipt of your shipment, do not sign off to the driver until you have carefully inspected the item or items. Signing off to the driver means that you have received the item or items in acceptable condition.

RETURNS POLICY
If the property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item or items were damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his or her claim.
