If paid by personal check, we will ship after the check has cleared. All payments must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If paying by credit card, we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card.

RETURNS
POLICY
If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the propery to rescind the transcation by so notifying the seller and by returning the property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost & expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
