PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

If paying with paypal, we will only ship to your confirmed paypal address. When paying by Credit Card or through PayPal, orders will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding Weekends or Holidays. Payment is expected within 48 hours. If paying by money order, orders will be shipped with 7 days of receipt. Personal checks are also fine. We will ship once your check clears our bank, usually 10-14 days. Money orders an personal checks are expected within 7 days. No refunds on layaway, store credit only. Ohio residence must pay sales tax.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and insurance is at buyer's expense. We ship by USPS Priority Mail Insured for all US Orders. A packing fee of 2.00 - 7.50 will be added to shipping for very fragile items. Large items are shipped FedX Ground and are subject to packing charges. We offer next day Express Mail for an additional USD 10.00 handling fee. We must have completed orders by noon Eastern Time the day before. We use Air Mail Parcel Post for any order outside the USA. If you need special shipping it can be arranged. We ship world wide, with some exceptions. Please email us. All shipping and insurance is quoted at time of purchase. There is a $10.00 US additional shipping/Handling fee for international orders. Shipping on clocks is $45.00 plus insurance to US Address. Once a clock is sold it goes in the shop for lubercation and adjustment. This will add 2-5 days on the shipping time.

RETURNS POLICY

If an order is received damaged buyer needs to contact shipper within 3 days to resolve this matter. We will do everything we can to help with your claim. Please purchase with confidence. In the unlikely event you are not satified with your purchase you must notify use within 3 days of receipt to make arrangements for return. You will be given credit for the purchase price if the item is returned in its original condition, as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If you paid by credit card the credit card processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total retail.
