RETURNS POLICY

Refund: please notify me by email within 3 days of receiving item to obtain return authorization, return original items in original condition, do not remove shop mark. Refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving item per above. Please email if you need clarification. Important: For Chinese antiques or paintings, we only accept the WRITTEN opinion of Christies or Sotheby's Chinese Specialists that the item descriptions are materially different from the object, or that of a Chinese expert at major metropolitan museums unless the person is previously approved by us. We may, at our sole discretion, also accept your own written description of factual inaccuracies which must be more than an opinion. All refunds will have a 10% restocking fee.
