Memories is a lovely antique/gift shop which has recently expanded
into a spacious 9,000 sq. ft. building in Historic Downtown
Henderson, Kentucky. The shop has been in operation for five years
and features an ever-changing, unique inventory obtained from local
auctions and estate consignment. Because we are receiving new
merchandise daily, our inventory changes frequently on GoAntiques.

PAYMENT
POLICY
This
dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment:
Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal
If paid by personal check, we will ship 10 days after the check has been received and deposited. There will be a 6% sales tax charged for Kentucky residents.
All payment must be made in US dollars. Payment must be received within 10 days of the sale of the item, or the sale will be considered void.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless paid by personal check as stated in payment policy. Shipping amount will be quoted when the sale is accepted based on the item purchased and the destination. We will ship to Continental United States via USPS Priority Mail. We will ship outside the USA when payment terms and shipping can be arranged satisfactorily to both parties.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
