Please note - since we do sell at shows and also through our website and our items are one of a kind - all pieces are subject to prior sale! We ask that you please drop us an email prior to purchase to avoid disappointment - thank you!
Personal Check - If paying by personal check your item(s) will be shipped after 8 days to allow time for the bank to process your check.
Cashier's Check/Money Order - When paying by cashiers check or money order, your item(s) will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.
Charge Cards & PayPal - Orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt of funds to our PayPal account.
Please make your check or money order for full or partial payment payable to Perfect Jewels and include a copy of your e-mail or a description of the item purchased, as well as your e-mail address to avoid unnecessary shipping delays.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Items are shipped Priority Mail, Insured, unless other arrangements have been made. The shipping fee will be added to order and will be included in the final total. Multiple orders can be shipped together to defray shipping costs. We gladly ship overseas and have many happy overseas customers. All overseas payments must be in US Funds.

RETURNS
POLICY
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Your refund will be mailed within 24 hours of our receipt of the item(s). Perfect Jewels cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item(s) using improper methods. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable.
