SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Insurance is included in the price. Insurance covers items lost and damaged in transit. Getting your item to your home means for us great packing job. It is a very time consuming business to pack your item properly, but we do it with a lot of pleasure to prevent any disappointment! We are using only new first quality packing materials. -Strong grade Bubble wrap ( small and large size when needed) -Packing Peanuts -Foam inserts, when needed wooden multiplex veneer inserts -Heavy Duty (Double wall,) oversized shipping boxes. When needed double boxed -Pre-Printed Sealing Tape and stickers around the package (Fragile, in two languages) -Your address in printed large characters.

RETURNS POLICY

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. It is always important that the delivery agent witnesses the condition of the package and the item. When you sign for the delivery without any comments that means that the items is delivered in good shape and we can't claim insurance anymore.
