PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order

If paid by personal check, we will ship 7 days after the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless previous arrangements have been agreed to.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. In addition, the item must be received by Wellesley House, Ltd. in original, unaltered condition not more than ten days following customer receipt of the item. Returns made after this ten day period will not be accepted and no refund shall be provided. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
