SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped, insured, within about 5 business days of receipt of payment.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Note well that seller makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The only representation is that the item is consistent with the description. No other reason for rescinding will be accepted. Title to the item passes to buyer at the time of shipment by seller. If the item is damaged during shipping, buyer must look exculsively to the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
