We are an online shopping experience developed by two sisters, one living in the Pacific Northwest and the other, a cheery resident of Merry Olde England, who strive to offer you quality offerings, unique curiosities and Estate wares acquired within the United States, United Kingdom and Continental Europe at more than reasonable prices.

US Customers: Payment by mail is expected within 10 days. Personal Checks are welcome and will be held 3 to 7 business days pending bank clearance. Kindly make all checks, MO or Cashier Checks payable directly to: LORI LINDEWALL. Visa, Mastercard payments release your shipment no later than 2 business days from confirmation of payment. International Customers: PayPal in USD only. Visa & Mastercard payments accepted from UK, Canada and Continental Europe only. Domestic and International Shipping fees can be advised upon receipt of mailing address. All domestic shipments will be priced to include insurance coverage. There will be no Sales Tax costs incurred, purchasing in Oregon is tax free! Payment to be in U.S. Dollars for the exact amount of transaction total.

SHIPPING
POLICY
We want your treasure to arrive in the very same condition as it was when it left our hands. Extra measures will be taken in it's packing materials and boxing. Typically FedEx Ground and USPS Priority mail systems will be used, however alternative carriers and services are available and may be used as mutually agreed upon. Please note Credit Card purchases will be shipped to the verified address of the card holder. Based upon payment method, all packages are warranted to ship between 2 - 7 days from receipt of payment. International Customers: Generally, the U.S. Postal Service will be used unless another method is specifically requested by the customer.

RETURNS
POLICY
Please do not return your item to us, doing so will void the shipping insurance. Be sure to retain the original packaging materials for the carrier's examination.
All items we sell have been a previously loved treasure. We will fully describe their condition & history, however misunderstandings can occur when buying on the internet, therefore we urge you to email with any questions to eliminate any doubts. We cheerfully accept "Buyer's Remorse" returns, however, a 15% Restocking Fee will be charged. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.
