PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Check or Cash. With the check paiment option, we will hold an item for 5 business days from the date of order. After this time, if the check has not been received, the item will be put back in inventory. If the check arrives after the 5th day and the item is still available, then we will complete the transaction. If the item is sold, we will write VOID on the check and send it back to you. We do not offer layaway. Dealers, Architects and Aesigners feel free to contact us with your resale number and we will be glad to provide you your prices. SALES TAX: Alabama residents must add 10% sales tax or supply their resale number.

SHIPPING POLICY

Nicole Maleine Antiques,Inc does not ship inventory items but to help our customers we can provide a list of shipping companies. We do not get any commission from them nor do we receive any special treatment. You will have to contact them if you are interested in their services. Nicole Maleine Antiques,Inc will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper. OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Your Carrier is responsible for shipping damages, and any issues with them must be dealt with between them and you directly. Nicole Maleine Antiques,Inc will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper.

RETURNS POLICY

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order.If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please email us within 2 days of receipt of the order. Orders must be returned (Shipping Prepaid) within 30 days. The item should be returned in the same condition as when it left the shop.If the item has been modified in any way, we will not accept this for return. If the item is accepted for return, the customer will received a full refund or a store credit.
