SHIPPING POLICY

Upon receipt of funds by approved credit card charge, PayPal, honored check or money order, your purchase will be shipped in no less than 3 business days, and usually the same day. All orders are shipped fully insured U.S. Postal Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Gift wrapping is available at no additional charge.

RETURNS POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed! If you are not totally happy with your purchase, just call or email us on receipt and return it in the same condition within 5 business days for a full refund, less shipping and insurance costs. Our packaging is incredible! If for some inexplicable reason the item is received damaged, notify us immediately and retain ALL packing materials. We will instruct you on processing a postal insurance claim which requires input from both of us.
