All payment must be made in dollars. If paid by personnal check, the merchandise will be shipped after the check has cleared.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment (payment must be cleared). We only ship within the US - we do not ship internationally. Our price does not include shipment expenses. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the transaction. Shipping is not part of our services. RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Please remember that the pieces we sell are antiques, and are not new, perfect pieces. Condition is listed and reflects the age of the piece. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
