POLICY
If item buyer receives is not what seller described, Buyer is more than welcome to contact seller with THREE business days to resolve the matter.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim through Shipping Carrier service.
