All payments must be made in US dollars. Items will ship once payment has cleared.

SHIPPING POLICY

Prices posted do not include shipping. Items will be shipped insured once payment has been received.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter.
