PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

If paying by personal check, we will ship after the check clears the bank. All payment must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment

RETURNS POLICY

I do not sell on approval and I attempt to describe each item for sale as factually as possible. However, in the event the property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
