PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

Payment by money order, certified or cashier's check, or by PayPal enables us to ship the day after receipt of payment. Personal checks must clear before shipment occurs, usually 5 to 7 business days. If you pay by check, please make it out to my name, NOT The Linden House Antiques. Payment must be in US dollars only. NJ residents must either provide a valid resale number or add 7% sales tax to the purchase price. NOTE: If you have agreed to buy an item on our site and we do not receive either payment or an email from you within 10 business days, we reserve the right to reject your purchase and relist the item. As in most things, commuication is key. If there is a reason why you can't meet that 10-day period, talk to us. We are usually more than willing to work it out with you.


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via the US Postal Service, usually Priority with delivery confirmation. Very small items may go first class. Insurance is required on items valued over $25, and strongly suggested in all cases. If you opt not to insure, we cannot be resposible for loss or damage in shipping. If you prefer a method other than the Postal Service, please advise us of this before you buy. Most times we can accommodate you. We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Non-US residents please email before purchase for shipping information.


RETURNS POLICY

We try to make our descriptions as accurate as possible, and if an item has wear, repairs, or damage, we point out that damage in both the description and (if possible) in one or more of the photographs. Bear in mind that you are buying antiques and collectibles, not new merchandise. There will likely be wear, flaws, soil, or other imperfections. Per the rules of this site, if your item is materially different from what we have described, you may return it within three days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping. Please notify us by email if you intend to request a refund for this reason. If your are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please notify us within three days of receiving it, and we will work with you to resolve your issues. We have been in business for 18 years, and understand that treating the customer fairly is the best form of advertising.
