SHIPPING
POLICY
Fully Insured
Our shipments are fully insured through our company’s private shipping insurance. Each item is covered and is sent “risk free” for your peace of mind when shopping at Kipling Jewelers. It is our policy that a signature is required for of all of orders shipped.
Damage
In the event of damage during shipment please contact Kipling Jewelers immediately and retain the original wrappings and box and damaged item for postal claim. We will file the claim and submit the photos of the damage (submitted by you) and will assist in claim process. Once a claim has been filed you will be contacted by our insurance company and notified of the filing procedure and outcome. Please rest assured that these events are highly unlikely and have been extremely rare throughout our 20 years of personal care and service.

RETURNS
POLICY
Refund and Credit Policy
In order to receive a refund or credit on your purchase the following must occur.
You must notify us via telephone within 24 hours after you receive the item or items. Returns only apply to orders shipped and placed in the Continental US.
Returns must be sent to us within 5 days of notification and must be in our warehouse within 14 days for full credit.
Returns must be fully insured and shipped via our carrier. We will request a pick-up on our end and supply the shipping label. Shipping fees will be deducted when processing the credit.
Items will be fully inspected and must accompany the original sales receipt. Returns will be processed immediately after satisfactory inspection. Merchandise cannot be sized and/or altered, to be approved for a refund.
We do not charge a restocking fee for the first order. If multiple items are returned we must charge a 15% restocking fee after the first item.
