The LeNain collection is put together by extensively searching all over the
world for beautiful and exceptional pieces exquisitely crafted mostly in
platinum or 18K gold, although occasionally there are 14K gold items as well
as some sterling silver jewelry.
All precious stones are natural as mined, it is LeNain's policy to avoid any
kind of mechanical enhancement, be it laser or heat treatment.

Items paid with Paypal ship ONLY to confirmed addresses; NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy
International purchases payable ONLY with bank wire transfer, Paypal is not accepted for international Payments.
All shipping fees quoted are for FEDEX ground service; include insurance and are valid for the continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping please ask for quotes)Payment should be received within five (5) days of purchase.
All items ship in fine leatherette cases/velvet pouches depending on the item, ready to be presented as a gift.

We ship via FedEx Ground, or similar + Insurance & Handling
Extra fees for other destinations and/or services including USPS.
We do not ship to P.O.Boxes or Military APO addresses.
Paypal payments ship ONLY to the ''ship to'' address in PP's payment confirmation.
International transactions: PAYPAL IN A CASE BY CASE BASIS. Must be Pre-Approved.
Otherwise Bank Wire Transfer ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to prohibitions/restrictions by USPS, shipping jewelry internationally has become very difficult therefore often we use FEDEX international.
Rates depend on destination country. Tariffs, brokerage, duty, wire fees, etc. are buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
FEDEX ground service might take up to six (6) business days to deliver in certain areas.

RETURNS
POLICY
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned unless we have grossly misrepresented the item, case in which no restocking fee applies. If you decide you are not pleased with your purchase please follow the Return policy . In addition we must issue a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and provide information which in return will allow us to credit your account as fast possible. Also we offer a 30 days exchange privilege for merchandise of the same or higher value than your original purchase. No restocking fees in this case but still RMA # is needed. All items returned to us for ANY reason MUST BE in the original UNALTERED condition as initially shipped to you the buyer. Any jewelry case, pouch, gift box, etc. that was part of the purchase it also must be returned to us in its original condition. If item was altered by us at your request prior to shipping, the fee charged for said alteration is NOT REFUNDABLE
