PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

Payment needs to be received within a few days unless previous arrangements have been made. PayPal payments will receive immediate shipments. Checks or money orders need to be in U.S. Dollars, please. Personal checks will be held for clearance (usually 5-7 days).

SHIPPING POLICY

Your item will be shipped upon payment. Shipping method depends on the size of purchase. Small items go USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in a few days. Medium size pieces (small pieces of furniture, etc) are shipped UPS; these items are custom boxed and typically arrive within a week. Large pieces of furniture are custom crated and shipped by our trucker. This normally takes 2 to 3 weeks. However, many things can impact the time of a truck shipment so it can take as long as 8 weeks. LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP: We welcome pick ups at our Long Island location and have a local delivery service that will deliver up to 5 items for the same price, anywhere within the NY tri-state area. INSURANCE is included in your shipping price. We value our products and are as upset as you are in the unlikely event of damage! Should this happen, we will work with you every step of the way to recover the insurance. Let us know immediately of any shipment damage and make sure to retain all your packing material.
