5. Primary goal of updated logo? More consistency among all paperwork and ads. Also a more updated look that better reflects what we sell and offer.

6. What is the client’s perception of our product? People have always told us they were genuinely pleased with our upholstery services. We’re respected for providing true antiques – no fakes. We’re told we’re personable and well respected for our knowledge.

7. Most important benefit to client? -quality custom upholstery that will last for years -ownership of antiques that are authentic and as well researched as possible.

8. Who else offers this? No other dealer in town is as knowledgeable about or specializes in this period of antiques. No other upholsterer in Hudson is trained in authentic hand-tie techniques. We are the best equipped to identify the proper technique to upholster unique period furniture.

PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order

If paid by personal check, we will ship 5 days after check has cleared. All payments in US dollars.


SHIPPING POLICY

Purchaser pays all handling & shipping charges. Item will be shipped insured within 7 business days of receipt of payment


RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. We agree to the above terms for return policy.
