PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

Guarantee: We always strive for customer satisfaction with quality merchandise, prompt shipping and courteous answers to any questions. Order with confidence. Payment: Payment must be made in US Dollars and is expected within 7 days from order date. Checks, money orders and Paypal are accepted. Checks must clear before merchandise is shipped. Credit card transactions may be completed through Paypal. Our Paypal ID will be sent with the Paypal invoice. Sales Tax: Ohio residents without a valid resale number add 7% sales tax. Layaway: Layaway agreements may be made. Generally, we require 20% down, with the remaining balance paid in three successive equal monthly payments. Other terms may be negotiated on expensive items. Order cancellation, or failure to complete the agreement will incur a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

Postage: Shipping and Insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Postage and Insurance will be quoted after purchase, or you may write for a quote prior to purchase. International buyers write for a shipping quote before making a purchase. There is no handling charge.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Approval for all returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the item. Although an item may be returned for any reason, postage is refunded only if the item was misrepresented. If an item was damaged during shipping, the box, and contents, including all packing must be kept. Email us immediately for further instructions.
