PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal

We accept payment via PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER, BANK WIRE TRANSFER. Checks or money orders may take up to 10 business days to clear. We will ship, if possible, the same day all required funds have cleared. Thank You!

SHIPPING POLICY

Buyer pays shipping and handling charges. We use USPS Registered (4-10 business days) or USPS Priority (3-5 days), (both with full insurance), or domestic shipments. We use USPS Global Priority (4-10 business days) or Global Express (3-5 business days), both with full insurance, for international shipments.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must first contact us at or within 7 days after receiving your shipment. Refund will be granted on the following terms: 1) We will grant a full refund of purchase price less GoAuction, cc and other pertinent sellers fees, on any item, (no reason required), within the first 7 days after arrival of shipment. You must notify us before the 7th day to return. 2) If wanting to return an item(s) because disagreement of authenticity, we first require 2 signed letters from 2 different Oriental arts experts from 2 different recognized museums, stating their reasons why our piece is fraudulent. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition sent. Once received and once the letters have been verified, a full refund less GoAntiques, cc and other pertinent merchant account fees will be issued. Thank You, Steve
