RETURNS

First contact us via email explaining why you are not satisfied with the purchase before rushing into a wrong action towards us.
We will grant refunds when the item does not match description accurately or when the buyer found discrepancy of authority (documented experts conclusion required for refund process).
We will not grant refunds when the buyer has changed their mind or just want to return item without any reason mentioned on this refund policy or when the buyer has received negative opinion regarding item from incompetent source.
We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received.
Please make certain to use the original packaging or similar when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it. In the event that an item is returned in damaged condition the refunds will not be available. No refunds are allowed after 30 days.
