PAYMENT POLICY

If paid by personal check, we will ship 7 days after the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars. Long distance carriers may take up to 14 days to pick up the order depending on routing schedules of carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
