This antique hexagonal lantern features its original painted finish and four candlesticks connected to a long brass stem with large brass ring at top. Its red color is enhanced with black edging and a cross-hatch pattern along the base. At the base of the top is a Gothic crocket pattern painted on the underside with pale teal green color. Believed to be made from sheet iron. Measures 26" high, 15" wide and 15" deep. Weighs an estimated 15-20 lbs. Ready for use. From an impressive estate collection. Provenance upon request.
