A small hand forged sad iron. This was probably condsidered a light weight iron but it still weighs 3.75 lbs before packing. It has a rolled iron strap handle that is also hand hammered. A really nice example of the everyday hand workmanship of the era. Some rust and pitting on the bottom. 4.5x3.5x5.5
