Beautifully engraved certificate from the Sabre-Pinon Corporation issued in 1957. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an Oscar wannabe holding a lightning bolt in one hand and a mushroom cloud in the other. This item has the printed signatures of the Companys President and Treasurer and is over 45 years old.
Certificate Vignette The company was acquired by UNC. UNC operates divisions that make and rebuild jet engines and aircraft components, and overhaul aircraft accessories, aircraft engines and industrial gas turbine engines. The company also provides maintenance and pilot training services for the aviation industry. UNC operates in 41 states and six countries. UNC was acquired by General Electric Corp. as part of an $875 million deal that also includes GE's purchase of Greenwich Air Services of Miami.
