An antique Russian spoon, 8 3/4" long, with beautifully detailed handle engraved with the initials JCC or HC. Cornucopias and laurel leaves surround the monogrammed shield. The date mark is 1831,also marked with the 84 silver mark. Made for someone special as most of these spoons have very plain handles. The condition is good, the bowl of the spoon has scratches and hammer marks as shown. Overall the spoon is very nice.
