Art Glass Heavy Hand Blown Glass Votive or Container Paperweight Orange / Clear Splatter / De Loin Paris .   

Very thick walled and heave with a concave rounded scoop meant for holding things.    The top half is clear and the bottom half is full of amber orange spots and that are in side the glass as well as reaching to surface to make a textures.  Since De Loin Paris is know for making candles I assume that this may have been a votive candle holder but I find no evidence of the company selling art glass.   It is marked on the bottom with the name and it says " Hand Made"   Then there is a website address that does not work.     In any event is it lovely and is a multi purpose artistic item.   

The condition is excellent
