A handpainted cake or serving plate with pierced handles, made by Reinhold Schlegelmilch (R S Prussia) in the late 19th, early 20th century. This beautiful porcelain plate features a beaded edge trimmed in gold with pierced handles, the dish is fluted and slightly concave. Pink and white full blown roses are shown with some falling from the white urn. Minor paint wear on the high point of the flutes, as shown. This is a wonderful piece with many details to find such as scattered white daisies in the background. 11.25" diameter
