Pictures just cannot capture the graceful beauty of this sugar and creamer set from Royal Coburg. Delicate white textured china features a scalloped base embellished with golden luster, floral transferware designs and rich flow blue color along the edges. There are no chips or cracks on this set but the golden luster is worn in a few areas, consistent with its age. The bottoms of both pieces bear a blue overmark of "Royal Coburg G.H. B. Co." in a circle above a square blue overmark of "Made in Germany." The bottom of the sugar bowl is impressed with "0735" and the number "30" painted in green ink. The creamer is impressed with "0748" and painted with a green "87."
