This is a Royal Adderley, England bone china Staffordshire posy ornament or arrangement that is a hand made bouquet of 3 flowers with green leaves in a swirled vase. The bone china vase of flowers was made in the 1960s and measures 2 inches in diameter by 2.25 inches high. The vase holds a carnation, rose and a primrose with leaves. We watched craftsman making these at the factory workrooms in Stoke On Trent and were amazed at the skill and time it took to make each part of these arrangements by hand from a lump of clay. The manufacturers have all closed in England so these are no longer being made. This vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Absolutely gorgeous!
