For Sale I have a beautiful Art Pottery Basket made by The Roseville Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. The foot has a diameter of 4". The basket has the most desirable matte Green Background Glaze accented with a Sage Moss Green for leaves. The Freesia Flower on one side is done in a very beautiful Lilac Glaze while the other side is done in a Creamy Glaze. The Basket is signed on the underside foot Roseville U.S.A. along with the Mold number 390-7". This is all done in Raised Relief. There is also a the letter H in either a Black Ink or Grease Pencil. This is probably the Artist's or Finisher's Initial. The piece is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no excuses to be made here. This piece was made Circa 1945 at the end of World War II.
