For sale I have a Beautiful Pattern made by The Roseville Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. The Pattern is "Blackberry" and the Shape is that of a Console Bowl. The actual inside measurement of the Bowl is 10 3/4". This pattern displays a band of Blackberries hanging from heavy vines and leaves. The leaves are light green and Yellow and sit against a light Green/Brown background that turns to a darker green around the rim. Halfway down the Bowl becomes heavy with leaves showing through the matt glaze. The piece is unsigned but more than likely carried a triangular Roseville Pottery Label at one time. The Roseville Catalog Shows this a form number 228-10". The Bowl is considered to me in excellent condition as there are no issues to report. Those of you who collect Blackberry know this isn't the easiest piece to find with no damage. If you looking for an excellent example of this form, look no further! I'm sure the lucky buyer will not be disappointed with their purchase.
