"Roses and Bows" Milk Glass Lidded Dish by Westmoreland Glass Co. This compote is 4 1/2" high including the lid and it's base is approximately 2" high. The foot of the base is 3" in diameter and it's top rim is 4 1/2" in diameter. This compote was produced by Westmorland Glass Co., and is designed in their "Roses and Bows" pattern. The Westmorland Glass Co. discontinued this pattern in 1980. Markings: The Westmorland Glass Co., trademark is embossed on the bottom of the compote.: Condition: Excellent, "The glass is not discolored, cracked or nicked and the hand painted pattern is not faded, scratched or worn."
