Romantic ivory evening gown made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. There is no tag, but I believe the dress is made out of polyester, although it has a dry clean only tag. It has permanent creases all the way down. The neck and shoulders are covered in a sheer floral ivory lace. It has a zipper up to the waist in the back and then it closes with 12 buttons with loops up to the collar. Three of the buttons look a little darker and have probably been replaced. There is no size tag, but it has a 24" waist, 18" shoulders, 33" bust, and is 43" from the waist down. This gown is in great vintage condition.
