This is a good, vintage lever action C-clamp with a jaw capacity of 0-1", adjustable via a turn buckle adjuster attached to the lever handle. It has a throat depth measurement of about 2" from center of the 3/4" diameter pads of the jaws. This one is marked "ROESCH TOOL PROD. LA CAL 34 PAT PENDING" in raise cast lettering. There is a total of 4 swivel pins on this clamp, one jaw primary pin, and three in the handle for a cam action pressure when the clamp lever is in the close position. Clamps down material very quickly, much faster than screw clamps, and holds very tightly. This one has little original paint, no rusty, no cracks, screw threads all good, very unique design.
