We are offering this beautifully engraved authentic Bond Certificate issued by the RJR Nabisco Holdings Corporation dated in late 1989 - 1990. These bonds were issued shortly after the 1989 hostile $25 billion takeover by the firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts of RJR Nabisco, a deal that stood as the largest of all time for eight years.
