Noritake Japan celery/relish dish with wide, hand-painted border design of roses in reserves, surrounded by black, yellow & light blue. Metallic gold trim in good condition with only a few spots of wear. Green wreath mark on back, circa 1930's. Measures 11"l. Minor roughness to one area of rim, but no other damage. Sold as is.
