Wonderful, rare antique tile made at The Providential Tile Works, Trenton, NJ, c. 1886-1890, most likely designed by the renowned Isaac Broome while he was there. Tile depicts an elegant woman with long flowing hair under a cap wearing a necklace and earring with leaves and flowers filling the tile and surrounding her portrait. The tile measures 6"x6" and is finished in a translucent light brown glaze. The tile is in very good condition with very little surface wear to be found.  Please write with any questions you may have.
