Volume 104 of American Architect covering July to Dec. of 1913. Published in New York. Ex-library book as it has a stamp label on inside cover page. 284 pages of text not counting the several illustrations/diagrams throughout. Intact. Does have a musty smell present. Some cover/edge/spine wear. Soilage, spotted staining/discoloration to a good bit of the cover (front/back/spine). Pages within have staining along the top horizontal edge and upper right corner. Lower interior joint near the bottom has staining to the point where the pages in that small section have stuck together. I've pull them apart but has caused paper wear. Inside cover edges appear to have had reenforced taping. Measures about 9 1/4 x 12 1/4". Please be sure to view my other Volume of American Architect I have to offer. Buyer to pay shipping.
