Victorian style, long black mesh , lace overskirt, can be worn with a slip, black tights, leggings. Measures 36 inches long, and the elasticized waist is 24 inches resting, and expands to 40 inches. An unusual garment can be used for period costume, party dress, proms, etc. In near mint condition, no breaks in the mesh, no loss of glass beads, that I can see. There is no label in this, the mesh feels like silk, but is probably polyester or an acetate, the lace is commercial lace, which is definitely a synthetic.
