This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman dressed in warrior armor. This item is hand signed by the companys president (Orlando Edgar Miller) and secretary L. White) and is over 78 years old. Orlando Edgar Miller was the first licensee of the radio station WIBT in New York.
