17th to early 18th century wax relief plaque of the Virgin Mary and Infant Jesus. Gnadenbild Unserer Lieben Frau Von Der Immerwährenden Hilfe translates to Our Lady of Perpetual Help (or Our Lady of Perpetual Succour/ Succor or "Sancta Mater de Perpetuo Succursu." The plaque measures 4.25 x 5.5 inches. The early wood shadowbox frame measures 12.5 inches high by 10.75 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep. The seal was broken in 2 places.
