Religious Russian Finift necklace vintage Cross FABULOUS PAINTED panels Filigree silver double chain

What a feminine and delicate looking necklace this is with the soft robin egg blue handpainted porcelain panels and the ornate silver filigree. These panels are actually convex shaped that round out and are not flat on the back. At some time in its life, a pretty filigree silver plated cross was added which really makes this a beautiful piece.  The necklace has a double chain and measures 19" long with a 2" drop in the front which includes the cross. I am not sure of the silver content.
