TIARA DEWDROP RUBY RED GLASS   BRIDES BASKET DOT & RIB APPLIED HANDLE SIGNED Dark  Red Art Glass Basket with Applied Clear Handle with D F Marked on Handle.    

The pattern on the basket is row of  graduated raised circles separated by vertical rows of horizontal ribbing.   There is a modest ruffle on the rim.    The is a mark of D F on each side where the handle is applied to the vessel.    It measures  7" long x  5.5" wide and  8.25" tall including the handle.  

The condition is excellent.
