Well, if you are into collecting old sewing related items you are going to love this. I haven't touched it. It is an old pin cushion (65+ yrs) made out of an old silverplated soup spoon. The cushion part is moss green velvet, with fancy braiding going around it along with a lace border. My guess is that the lace may have been once white, but now is a nice vintage light tan color. The spoon has a curl in the handle which is just beautiful and the cushion part has pins stuck on it. Please see photos. 2 1/2 x 5". Height is about 2 1/4". As far as condition it has all of the quality you would want from a primitive type piece. Meaning lots of character. Enjoy!
